WealthIQ is an AI-powered financial education and simulated investing tool designed to help users learn about investing and personal finance.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

The Service provides financial education and simulated investing. It does NOT constitute financial advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

All content and materials on the Service are the property of Redemption Management and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redemption Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
